This Privacy Policy explains how Vihon International (Hong Kong) Limited (“Vihona”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit www.vihona.com (the “Site”) or contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and anything you choose to include, such as your name, your Amazon order number or photos of your product.
- Technical information. Like most websites, the servers that deliver the Site automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the website that referred you.
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to the Site. It does not use cookies or local storage, and it gives us aggregated statistics such as page views and visits by country.
The Site does not offer accounts, does not use forms to collect your details and does not sell products directly.
Cookies
We do not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site against abusive traffic.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare) and our email hosting providers, and when the law requires us to.

The Site links to Amazon, where our products are sold. When you follow those links, Amazon’s privacy notice applies. Links may include Amazon Attribution parameters so that Amazon can report to us, in aggregate, how many visitors from the Site viewed or bought our products. These reports do not give us your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and related records for as long as we need them to respond to you, handle any warranty claim and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, including California and Canada, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
